This workshop series is designed to engage the SPL staff in a deeper level of conversation to build community, discover helpful wellness resources, and seek structured support from Lindsay and other highly experienced professionals. When feasible and appropriate, visual facilitation techniques (“heART Mapping”) will be leveraged to document the gatherings.
