It's a creative snapshot of your values, desires, interests, and hopes. The session can be leveraged to work toward a specific outcome or it can serve as a support for gainging clarity as you navigate a murky transition.
 
heART Maps can reveal to us what we cannot see from inside our own cocoon and the conversation we'll have to create the map will be "juicy, affirming" and exactly what you need to understand how truly powerful you are.

Here's how it works:
 
✨ When you place your order, you'll receive a link to schedule your live virtual mapping session. 
 
✨ In this hour long session, we'll explore what you're passionate about, what you're working on, current stumbling blocks, and where you want to go... Don't worry, it won't feel overly heavy. Part structure, part flow, it will feel like an organic and "enjoyable therapy session".
 
✨ When the conversation is done, I'll take what you share and create your one-of-a-kind heART Map. You'll feel lighter, seen, and better able to appreciate all that you are. This is a no prep, come-as-you-are conversation.

✨ Your map will arrive as a high resolution digital PDF and JPG via email within 2-3 days of our session. It will be yours to print, color, frame, share or use however you want.
 
✨ One week  later, you'll recieve a physical copy of your heART Map (choose between 8x10" or 9x12" on thick archival paper) in the mail. (I will ask you your preference during our session.
