Self-led heART Mapping begins as a guided self-inquiry using the prompts provided and ends with a custom one-of-a-kind heART Map delivered to your door. Upon purchase, you'll receive a PDF guide containing questions and journal prompts. Once you complete and return it, I'll get to work on turning your ideas, hopes, aspirations, and insights into a custom map.
 
This process  is ideally suited for people who enjoy journaling or who would like to establish a journaling practice as well as those who are in transition. It is especially beneficial for those feeling stuck or for those desiring stronger intuition, productivity, or flow.

This  is more than a custom piece of art. A heART Map is a reflection of who and where you are, what you're learning, and a path toward future you. It's a creative snapshot of your values, desires, interests, and hopes. heART Maps can reveal to us what we cannot see from inside our own cocoon.

Here's how it works:
 
Once you place your order, you'll receive a short PDF Guide via email that walks you through a series of questions and prompts. The moment you return it, I will get to work creating your custom heART Map. 
 
You will receive a digutal (black and white) copy of your map via email within 2-3 days after submitting your info from the guide. It will come as a high resolution digital PDF to print, color, frame, and share. A few days later, you'll receive the orginial physical map via USPS... and this hard copy is where you'll feel the transformative power of this proess.
 
If you'd like your map painted or colored rather than black and white, please add this painted heART Map listing to your cart. You will recieve both a physical color map (8x10" on thick archival paper) as well as a black and white digital file.
